Error message

The top element of the output document from handler &(1:) (pgm: &(2:)) could not be retrieved. The service is defined for URL-Mask: &(3:).

Parameters

&(1:) - The name of the handler program that has generated the data for the response file.

&(2:) - The implementation name of the handler program.

&(3:) - The URL mask that was used to identify the service processor.

Description

An XML-based web service handler has returned an XML-document. However, when the service processor tried to find the top element of the document, an error occurred.

Action

Ensure whether the handler always returns a document - or sets the *Returning Status to error.
